Welcome to the website of the Shirley Bowling Club.

We are developing this website as a way of communicating with members and informing others of who and what we are. We hope all users find the information is useful and meets their needs and we welcome feedback so that we can continue to develop the site.

Our club is situated at the end of Woodchester Ave, in Richmond Park adjoining Shirley Tennis Club. Membership is on the increase as more people begin to appreciate what a challenging and enjoyable sport lawn bowls is. It is not by chance that the phrase "A Lifetime of Game" is applied to lawn bowls.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming club that "punches above its weight" when it comes to competition, and we try to foster a relaxed and cordial environment at all times. We cater for men and women and all levels of players from students to nonagenarians.
